This is made possible with the standard Inogen One G3 rechargeable lithium-ion battery with 8 cells, as it provides up to 4 hours of extra oxygen on level 2.

FAA Requirements
If you expect to be outdoors all day, or if your flight is longer than your flow setup's estimated battery life, it's highly recommended to have several batteries on hand so you can swap them out quickly. The FAA requires all oxygen patients to have 150% of the flight time in the battery.

Charging with the AC and DC power supply
The 8-cell battery even has the ability to automatically charge with both the AC power supply for stationary charging and the DC power supply for on-the-go mobile charging in most vehicles.

Even more impressive is the fact that all settings charge and work while using the DC power supply. For an additional cost, you can charge one 8 cell battery while having another in the concentrator. The external battery charger is perfect for patients who have multiple batteries and eliminates waiting for a battery to charge to use the device.
